We offer a limited 7 day return on most items sold online.

All returns/exchanges must be pre-approved by calling our returns department. You must obtain a return authorization number from our returns department before shipping your item(s) back to Carolina Sew n Vac. 

Please call 919-469-4730 Tuesday-Friday 10am-5pm Eastern Time or e-mail carolinasewnvacraleigh@gmail.com to obtain your RA number. Returns shipped back to us without a authorized RA number will not be credited back to you. 

Shipping Charges- are not included in your refund, only the original price of the item will be refunded (less restocking fees if applicable). Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. 

Restocking Fee- Each returned item is subject to a restocking fee. Machines in perfect factory original condition and packaging are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Merchandise must be in the original factory sealed packaging to qualify for a full refund. All returns are subject to inspection before refund is issued.

Unopened Items- may be returned to Carolina Sew n Vac within 7 days of delivery to receive a refund minus shipping charges and a restocking fee.

Opened Items- that are in perfect condition and able to be resold by Carolina Sew n Vac are subject to a refund less 20% restocking fee and shipping charges. 

Used Items- that have any signs of use or any damage to the machine or packaging are not eligible for return.
